Governing your equestrian experience at Stocknewnet Equestrian Club, Melbourne.
Please review our comprehensive terms regarding safety, memberships, and facility use at our Burnley Street location.
All riders must sign a comprehensive liability waiver before participating in any equestrian activities. Horse riding is inherently risky; Stocknewnet Equestrian Club prioritizes safety through mandatory helmet use (AS/NZS 3838 standard) and professional supervision. Riders acknowledge they are responsible for following all instructor directions and stable safety protocols.
Cancellations for private lessons, school holiday programs, or trail rides must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full session fee. Late arrivals may result in shortened lesson times to maintain the club schedule. Weight limits apply for the welfare of our horses; please consult with staff during booking.
Agistment services are subject to a formal contract detailing care levels, feeding schedules, and paddock maintenance. Owners are responsible for maintaining current vaccination and worming records for all horses on the property. Stocknewnet Equestrian Club reserves the right to seek emergency veterinary care at the owner's expense if required.
Memberships are billed monthly and provide access to discounted lessons and priority booking. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 12 months of the purchase date. All memberships are personal and non-transferable.
